  They don't explain nothing to you at all. They tell you 5% of how everything will workout with the monthly bills on a family plan. When I switched from another company to here they told me in 3 hours the numbers will transfer to the new phones they never told me I had to get the account number and pin from my old account until I went back to see them. They never told me they would be adding taxes either. Their plan is to rob you from your money and give you bullshit ass excuses for not explaining anything at the begging. Also their so called no contract saying is bullshit they said the free phones aren't actually free until 2 years later. I'm switching to another company these people are bullshit same as at&t and Verizon they all want to rob you from your money. I don't recommend you getting a plan from here unless you want to get scammed.
