  Worst AT&T store ever ! My family went to the Santa Ana store on 12/17/2017 because it was near the South Coast Plaza. We wanted to buy a iPhone X and a iPhone 8 and added a new line. So there were 3 phones involved. The rep Ashley helped us with the incredible shopping experiences: 1. All the phone numbers were ultimately pointed wrong to the intended iPhones. I did not find out until I get home 2. Ashley said she lost her pin, so she could not help place the sim cards. I said you can borrow from your co-worker. Ashley said that all others were new employees, they don't have any pin. She said I can take care of it myself at home. So I left the store with non-working iPhones. 3. I thought I got an iPhone 8. But when we opened the box at home, it was an iPhone 8Plus. I had to go to another store to exchange it. Santa Ana is too far from where I live. But they have to charge me a re-stock fee of $45 because the box is opened. I have to pay for mistake from incompetency. I was too tired to argue. So I just paid to get this thing over with. Be very careful to choose the right store go to and be careful with the rep, who can really ruin the whole experience.
