  This is a bad company to deal with. I ordered a PCI card with a description that was different from the part #. I searched for the part # and the one I ordered showed in the search but they shipped a different model #. It did not function correctly and so I tried to return it. They were difficult to contact and tried to charge me a restocking fee when they shipped the wrong card. It took me several weeks to finally get them to give me a RMA # agreeing to give a full refund. The return happened on May 9th, it is May 25 and no refund. Even if they send me the full one, which I doubt they will, it would still be a bad company to deal with. I would like to give 0 Stars.

  BEWARE of Piunnaclemicro! They advertise products they do not have in stock, take your order (including critical personal and credit card information), send an order confirmation then, several days later, tell you the item was not in stock.
