  Worst customer serivce. Wait time more than a hour. No notice of Insurance problems. No notice of longer wait times. Not told anything in till you ask what's going on. Told to go from pick up to drop off and back and forth to doctors office. There is literally just me waiting here. I was given sass by the pick up guy and the drop off girl. This is unacceptable.

  The stupid pharmacist with a badge "Jonathan". Worst service ever in my pharmacy experience. I was told to wait aside because I have a small question. I waited for 25 minutes, people who came and stayed in the queue were called. But not me. Then finally I asked him, why not call me, he said, he did not see me, but i am 100℅ sure, we made eye contact many times. He was just ignoring me completely. I think he is been not just mean, but also racist. If CVS want to thrive as a business , they should fire these stupid people and get both kind and skilled people who value customers.
